Things I Really Liked About Lotus Herbals Baby+ Happy Bums Diaper Rash Crème
Personally, I am really impressed with the packaging of
In a mustard color opaque plastic made tube, the packing of the cream looks structural.
At the front side, you will see Lotus branding.
Right below that, you will see a very cute cartoon of a baby and on the left of that cartoon, you will see company’s claim of producing a 100% skin friendly and harmful chemical-free product.
At the bottom, you will see a claim regarding producing a product that is completely free from preservatives and artificial fragrances.
In addition, the same claim further states that this cream is tested for sensitive skin and made of 99% natural resources.
Talking about the back side of the packing, you will see information regarding the manufacturing date, expiry date, and price.
Right from this part of the tube, you will discover that this cream was packed in February 2018 and will remain useful until January 2021. In the end, you will see information about
Below that is the information regarding products that are used as primary ingredients, ingredients that are not used, and how to use this cream.

Use of Natural Elements
Should you turn this plastic tube to the back, you will see a claim that this product is as safe as nature.
Lid That Fully Opens
But, this is not the case with
Fully Sealed Tube
To use it, you have to rip off this seal. And, the best part is, once undone, you cannot put that seal back
This is a wonderful thing. Now, you are not supposed to worry about any incident of contamination or misuse.

In a comparison of other available diaper rash cream options, I think, the price of
For a 100gm pack, you have to pay INR 255, which is almost half of the price that I paid for other diaper rash cream packs of lesser quantity.
Therefore, this cream makes no big holes in your pocket.
Things That I Disliked in Lotus Herbals Baby+ Happy Bums Diaper Rash Crème
The Texture of The Cream
I am not very much happy with the texture of
I found it comparatively thicker, sticky and greasy than the other diaper rash creams that I used earlier.
Now that it is very greasy on the hand, I am sure, it is going to be equally greasier on the diaper, as well.
After applying it, you feel like you are applying a fairness cream meant for adults. To wipe off this cream completely (from the top layer of my skin) was a struggle for me; skin absorption was a challenge.
It only goes off after applying a great amount of pressure. For me, it was a challenging task.
Although after rubbing your skin harshly you won’t see any trace of it, yet you will be able to experience the stickiness on the skin.
After applying this diaper rash cream, I experienced a strange wetness on my hand. I don’t know whether it was for good or not, but I had no such experience with my earlier diaper rash creams.

The Odor Is Sharp
The odor of
This is another negative of this diaper rash cream. I seriously didn’t like the smell.
Presence of Zinc Oxide
Zinc oxide can be found in almost every skin product. Although if used under a prescribed limit, zinc oxide causes no harm to the baby’s skin. However, it is better to consult a doctor before using any zinc oxide products.
A slightly higher quantity of zinc oxide can cause serious damage to the baby’s skin.
Presence of Titanium Dioxide
Same is the case with titanium dioxide. Should you use it within prescribed limits, it causes no harm. However, any excess can damage the baby’s skin.
Information regarding ingredients is hard to read
Every piece of information on the back or front side of this tube is very hard to read. The combination of purple and mustard is making it difficult. The font size of the text is very small and you cannot read it without a magnifier.
I believe, before buying or trying a new product, every user would like to learn more about the ingredients used and if this information is not nicely given, then it is a total pullback.
Therefore, like zinc oxide, products made using titanium dioxide should not be used without medical advice.
My overall experience with this cream was negative. I did not like the stickiness, greasiness, and sharp odor of
