My baby is 1.5 yr but I think his stomach is bloating. At the same time, he don’t have any gas problem. Also, I believe, he is eating too much. I am little worried about why his stomach getting bigger in comparison to his body. Please suggest something.

For you information – bowel infection is an infection with bowel movements – Problem with potty.
