My baby age is 22 months and he speaks only 15 to 20 words is he all right or not plz suggest me

This is perfectly alright. This could be a scenario of development delay. Hope you know that every child is different and they reach all their developmental milestones differently.
To make it more clear, let me give you an example. I have a kid living next door, who is 2.5+ years and barely speaks more than 10 simple words (no sentences). And, my daughter, when she was of 2, she used to speak as clearly as an adult. So, the point I am making here is – it is about developmental milestones.
