But that doesn’t mean we should lose all hope. Many women take infertility treatments while others follow along with nature. When nothing else works, there are always a bunch of home remedies we can try. I this article, we will be sharing a few home remedies to increase fertility after 35.
Note: More than any of these remedies, what matters the most is the fact that you’re taking nutritious diet. In order to sustain your pregnant, you have to ensure you have the basic foundation for it in your body.

1Start taking pomegranate
Pomegranate has been known to boost fertility in women. It also helps increasing blood flow to the uterus and thickens the uterine lining. All of this will eventually help you have a healthy fetus. You can either have it in juice form regularly or make powder of its seeds and bark and have it warm water.
2Dates
Dates are not only beneficial for pregnant women but also for women trying to conceive and get pregnant. They have all the possible vitamins and minerals that are needed for healthy fertility. You can consume it either in its natural form or make a paste out of it by removing the seeds and having it with cow’s milk.
3Apple Cider Vinegar
There’s a lot of debate regarding having ACV during pregnancy but the fact of the matter is that if the ACV is pasteurized and stored at optimal temperature, it makes for one of the healthy drinks during pregnancy. It does so by maintaining the perfect pH balance in both your saliva and vagina facilitating conception. It also helps treat candida (an infection) leading to infertility.

4Olive Oil
The monosaturated fat present in olive oil leads to healthy reproductive system. It not only increases your chances at getting pregnant after 35, but is also extremely beneficial for overall health. Ensure that you use extra-virgin olive oil for all your cooking purposes. You can also consume about 1-2 tbs of it to boost your fertility further.
5Increase intake of healthy fats
With time, we do consume more of unhealthy fats in the form of high fat dairy foods, dark chicken meat, processed fats etc. And this does not help our fertility or our chances at conception especially after 35 at all. You should, instead, consume more healthy fats to optimize fertility. These can be had from sources like coconut oil, butter, grass-fed meats, eggs and avocados.
6Change in lifestyle
Yes, with age our lifestyle takes a dramatic turn. We stress more often, take less sleep, exercise less and absolutely forget to take care of ourselves. All of this is vital if you want to improve your chances of getting pregnant after 35. Ensure that you take at least 7 hours of sleep every day, drink plenty of water, exercise at least 2-3 times a week and worry less. You’ll see a change in the way you feel almost immediately and it will eventually help improve your chances at pregnancy.

7Red Raspberry leaves
Red Raspberry leaves are known to be great herbs for fertility and also during pregnancy. It acts as a uterine tonic and is high in calcium. You could either have it in capsule form or in tea form; both the varieties are easily available in the market. It is also known to reduce stress.
